היום החליטה ועדת השרים לענייני חקיקה, ברוב מוחלט וכמעט פה-אחד, להעביר תחת ידיה להמשך הליכי חקיקה, את אחד מדברי החקיקה המיותרים ביותר בהיסטוריה הישראלית.
אני כותב את הפוסט הזה מכמה סיבות. הראשונה היא סקרנות שלי- תחילתו של הפוסט הזה בחישובים שעשיתי, בתחילה לגבי בחירות 2009 ומאוחר יותר לגבי בחירות 2013, שעסקו בעיקר בשאלה מה השינוי הקטן ביותר של קולות, שהיה גורם לכנסת להראות אחרת? אלא שתוך כדי החישובים נתקלתי בפרסומים, גם של עיתונאים וגם של מפלגות, שכללו טעויות או הטעיות. בנוסף, במערכת הבחירות עלתה כמה פעמים השאלה האם בחירה מסויימת היא בזבוז של הקול, או גזילת מנדט מהמחנה, ודברים דומים, ורציתי להעמיד דברים על דיוקם.
